Desde 1999, Rita Sim\u00e3o, eborense e propriet\u00e1ria do Caf\u00e9 Alentejo\u00ae, reuniu a hist\u00f3ria e cultura deste lugar. Foi atrav\u00e9s do empreendedorismo e da paix\u00e3o da Rita pela cozinha alentejana que foi poss\u00edvel transformar este espa\u00e7o de s\u00e9culos, numa das refer\u00eancias gastron\u00f3micas de toda a regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
